Todd Minkin

Vice President of Strategic Protein Partnerships

Description: Leads B2B and B2G partnership development with food chains, grocery distributors, processors, and global meat importers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with companies like CAVA, HEB, Sysco, and Costco.
  • Identify co-packing, private label, or off-take opportunities.
  • Structure long-term procurement or sourcing agreements.
  • Develop public-private partnerships for export support or regulatory collaboration.

Global Business Development Director – Meat & Agrifood

Description: Expands the company’s international footprint by identifying high-growth export markets, trade partners, and international wholesale buyers.

  • Research demand trends in markets like the Middle East, South Korea, Mexico, and EU.
  • Establish distribution partnerships with licensed importers and in-market agents.
  • Navigate international meat trade regulations and tariffs.
  • Lead participation in global food shows and trade missions (e.g., SIAL, Gulfood, Anuga).

More than 40 years ago, on rich ranchland in the shadows of the rugged Colorado Rockies, our family established Double J Farms with a commitment to humanely raise all-natural beef and lamb. In 2002 we expanded this commitment to process our animals and the herds of our neighboring ranchers utilizing the most modern, principled practices.
